Project Description

Mega Kebon Jeruk Development, West Jakarta. The Project envisioned to lay down the development principles for an environmentally friendly residential extension to a mixed upper-income/low income urban area. The provision of urban public spaces responsive to the existing environment was a key requisite. TCL provided a planning and development assessment, starting from a survey of the existing environment and resulting in urban design guidelines for future development.
