Project Description

Comprehensive Planning Study. TCL led a team of consultants to produce a rezoning proposal in respect of 91 ha. of land to enable a combined village/residential/recreational development plan to be implemented. A draft outline zoning plan was prepared by TCL and subsequently gazetted. A video presentation was made to brief Government and the Town Planning Board. Planning permissions were subsequently granted in respect of the detailed planning proposals coordinated by TCL and TCL assisted with subsequent discharge of planning conditions.
