Tai Kok Tsui Urban Renewal Study, Kowloon. The Study recommended an action plan for the Study Area with an emphasis on the essential implementation strategies.
			Kwun Tong Town Centre Redevelopment. TCL's proposal presented opportunities for urban renewal in Kwun Tong over the next 20 years.
			Shek Kip Mei Restructuring Study. The Study required the preparation of alternative land use and development strategies and an Outline Master Development Plan.
			Aberdeen Harbour Revitalisation Study, Hong Kong. The Sites are to be interconnected by a 4km pedestrian promenade and a system of water taxis using the public piers proposed at each Site.
			Tsim Sha Tsui East Revitalisation Study. The design proposed a waterfront worthy of Victoria Harbour and on a par with others around the world.
			Causeway Bay (Hysan Avenue Area) District Revitalisation Study. The strategic objectives were to promote schemes for the consistent design of pedestrian friendly streets throughout the study area.
			Kwun Tong Urban Renewal Target Area: Urban Renewal Study Stage 1. TCL was responsible for preparing conceptual layout plans, illustrations, explanatory statement and implementation approaches.
			Design Competition, 62 Ha of Land at Xin Min Xiaoqu, Chongqing. Xin Min Xiaoqu (the Site) falls within Nanping Economic and Technological Development Area, which is located 5km to the south of the Chongqing City.
			Suzhou Bei Lu, Zha Bei District Urban Renewal Pilot Projects, Shanghai. Preparation of a Master Layout Plan and Master Landscape Plan for a comprehensive residential development on a 4.3 hectare site in Shanghai.
			Yau Tong Waterfront Redevelopment, Hong Kong. The Study took into account the introduction of the new Tseung Kwan O MTR Line and Western Coastal Road.
			Study on the Restructuring of Obsolete Industrial Areas. The strategy contains a strong institutional framework as a basis to secure the implementation of the physical planning proposals.
			Gas Works Site at To Kwa Wan Road, Ma Tau Kok, Kowloon. Lijia Cluster is located in Lijia Town, New Northern District, Chongqing. Jialing River is immediately located to the northwest of the Cluster.
