			Design Competition, 1.2 square km of Land at Shui Du Kou District, Huai Yin City, Jiangsu Province for the Planning Bureau of Huai Yin City. Preparation of a Master Layout Plan for a new city centre of Huai Yin City.
			Venice Water City Planning (300 ha), Yanjiang Town, Pu Kou District, Jiangsu. TCL was the recipient of THE HIGHEST AWARD and were awarded the Stage 2 Project to develop further the preferred option.
