Project Description

TCL provided the Planning, Urban Design and Landscaping inputs to a proposal for an environmentally conscious Education Centre at the restored Ma Yau Tong West Landfill Site. Based on the concept of “education through recreation”, the Project promoted environmental conservation and animal welfare through live exhibitions as well as study and educational facilities within an easily accessible urban park.
