Responsible for overall Study management and direction for a multi-disciplinary Study Team (with specialists in the architectural, traffic, environmental and property/financial fields) for preparation of a Comprehensive Redevelopment Scheme for an obsolete urban area of over 5 ha. The Scheme provided for a mix of land uses, including residential, office, retail, hotel, community, strategic open space and transport interchange. Preparation of the Scheme involved substantial inputs in urban design and formulation of a comprehensive strategy to provide the institutional and financial framework for implementation of the Scheme.
