Townland was commissioned to prepare a Conceptual Plan and a Master Layout Plan for a 13.5 ha site for a Mixed-Use Commercial and Industrial Development in Kapuk Kamal Raya, North Jakarta. The proposed one-stop business district is located conveniently at the gateway of Jakarta, within close proximity to both the International Airport and Seaport.

The proposed development benefits from all the criteria necessary for a successful mixed-use commercial and industrial development such as location and accessibility. It is highly visible, for instance from the toll road, which provided an opportunity to create a landmark development with unique image and identity.
