Project Description

The key objective of the Study is to secure planning approval in respect of the development scheme and Master Layout Plan from the Town Planning Board for property development at the Kam Sheung Road Station of West Rail, Phase 1. The Planning Team is to review the previous scheme prepared at the Technical Study Stage and to prepare a preferred scheme which is acceptable to both Government Departments and the Town Planning Board and is financially viable. The Planning Team is also responsible for the preparation of the Section 16 Planning Application, and for providing planning inputs to the Development Brief to be issued to prospective Developers.
