Project Description

TCL is responsible for obtaining Town Planning Board approval for minor amendments to the Master Layout Plan for property development above Nam Cheong Station to ensure conformity with detailed design works. TCL is also responsible for providing planning advice in respect of station/property interfaces and interfaces with the surrounding environment and the discharge of approval conditions.
