Project Description

Preparation of a rezoning proposal for submission to the Town Planning Board to allow office and hotel development associated with major Station and Transport Interchange upgrading. The Station occupies a strategic node within Hong Kong’s “Technology Corridor” along the Kowloon and Canton Railway.
