The Development of a 720 ha site in Cikande, Serang, West Java as an Integrated Business and Industrial Estate. The site location plays a strong role as a “Gateway” and “Connector” to support the flow of goods between Sumatra Island and Java Island.

Townland was involved in leading a team of experienced planners, urban designers and landscape architects in the preparation of a Concept Plan of the Development. The Proposed Concept Plan accommodates Hi-Tech Industrial, Light Industrial, Warehouse, Container Depot, Training Centre, Residential, Commerical, Recreation and Community Facilities.
