Preparation of Planning Briefs for private sector commercial and residential development on 39.5 ha. of reclaimed land taking account of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation terminal expansion on approx. 26 ha. of the reclaimed area. Specification of development parameters for all sites and a recommended development phasing plan.
