Project Description

TCL explored the relationship of the land use planning, land administration and Building Regulations systems in HK to industry’s achievement of environmental objectives. Detailed attention was given to how the land use planning system could be adapted to lend more support to industry in achievement of environmental measures and to other financial and administrative incentives. A case study of an existing flatted factory area was included.
