Description
The
purpose of the Study is to establish
a new set of lighting and ventilation
requirements in Hong Kong which
1. would ensure satisfactory
quality of the indoor environment
of all types of buildings and
yet
2. would allow sufficient flexibility
for functional and architectural
design; and
3.
allow for the optimum use of
modern technology.
TCL is to
advise on the statutory planning
aspects and recommendations
in the Hong Kong Planning Standards
and Guidelines. |
