Project Description

The Master Layout Plan for the Study was endorsed by the Committee on Planning and Land Development in 1998 as a basis for proceeding with the detailed planning, design and construction for the proposed development. The design population was 35,000 and the public /private housing mix was about 60:40 with full occupation forecast by 2009. The Project proposed platforms for housing development and related uses in an area of about 20ha., for housing, educational and open space purposes. TCL were responsible for the planning aspects of the Study.
