Preparation of a Master Layout Plan and Planning Brief for the development of approximately 20 ha of land within the Jordan Valley area for public and private housing.

The proposals included the creation of new platforms for residential development and the rehabilitation of former quarry sites. The open space framework included an extension to the existing Urban Fringe Park. The development proposals were forecast to accommodate approximately 30,000 people.
