Planning and design input to the formulation and evaluation of land use options for a 27 ha site within the existing urban area quarried for kaolin clay for ceramic tile manufacture.

TCL was responsible for all land use planning aspects and the coordination of the Study Team for inputs to the formulation and evaluation of the optional landform/landuse development scenarios, the detailing (Master Plan) of the preferred option, the implementation programme and preliminary consultation at Policy Secretary level within Government, followed by the detailed request for rezoning to permit the development.
