Townland Consultants Ltd was commissioned by PT Bukit Sentul Tbk to formulate a comprehensive package of proposals to develop 21.4 ha of residential area. The Site is located on a hill and is surrounded by a Golf Course. The Client's main request was to maximise the Site potential and to create a new integrated environment.

The proposed plan features a road circling the Site affording views of the Golf Course. The plan proposes clusters of residential development with a full range of facilities. Many of the dwellings have uninterrupted Golf Course views. Mediterranean boulevards with green berms complemented by classical street furniture provide an attractive theme, the secondary streets within the residential area having a strong Latin - American atmosphere with geometric softscape and hardscape treatment. These neighbourhood streets are conceived as tranquil environments with lush landscape elements and the walkways through the Site have simple pedestrian paving and selective low-key landscape.
