The Boao Mountain Site is currently agricultural land. As a result of a rapidly growing population and the increasing demand for high quality residential development, the Client seeks to develop Boao Mountain for low-rise villa development.

TCL were appointed to lead a master planning design team to prepare a residential development layout plan and a landscape plan under a design theme called Hyatt Arts Villa.
