TCL have been commissioned to develop design themes and a Master Layout Plan for a landmark retail and entertainment destination in Bintaro, Jakarta. The innovative design comprises a combination of themed indoor and outdoor retail spaces, with entertainment functions centred along a scenic and comprehensively landscaped riverwalk.
