Description
The
Master Layout Plan for the Study
was endorsed by the Committee
on Planning and Land Development
at its meeting on 13 August
1998 as a basis for proceeding
with the detailed planning,
design and construction for
the proposed development. The
design population was 40,883
and the public /private housing
mix was about 60:40 with full
occupation forecast by 2009.
The Project proposed platforms
for housing development and
related uses in an area of about
58ha., of which 20 ha. were
to be formed in the main development
site for housing, educational
and open space purposes. TCL
was responsible for the planning
aspects of the Study. |
